Transparent by design

A coach that shows
its reasoning.

EndurTrack combines a well-established load model, safety constraints and versioned memory. Artificial intelligence is never allowed to alter the numbers.

01

Observe

Each activity becomes a training load based on power, heart rate, relative effort or, as a last resort, duration.

02

Model

Two exponential moving averages calculate chronic fitness (42 days) and acute fatigue (7 days). Their difference gives form.

03

Optimise

The plan seeks the best stimulus per minute within constraints for recovery, availability, goals and past adherence.

04

Learn

Every decision, context and result is retained. The coach can adapt without rewriting its history every week.

The load model

Easy to audit. Hard to fool.

This model is an independent implementation of the impulse-response / Performance Management Chart model commonly used in endurance sport. The 42- and 7-day constants are configurable in code and every value remains inspectable.

The EndurTrack principle

Expected gain
per minute.

Two plans with a similar load are not equivalent. EndurTrack favours sessions that produce the target stimulus with the least unnecessary logistics and volume.

efficiency = projected gain ÷ time invested

Safeguards

Recovery is a constraint.

  • Never two hard sessions in succession
  • Automatic reduction when form drops below −30
  • Sleep, energy and soreness check-in
  • Actual adherence taken into account

Coherent memory

Every plan leaves a trace.

EndurTrack saves the athlete’s state, constraints, data fingerprint, plan, confidence and explanation. A new plan extends the record; it does not silently replace earlier decisions.
