For sign-in, import, privacy or data-deletion issues, email us with your account address and what you were doing when the problem occurred.
Import from your device
EndurTrack accepts ZIP, FIT, FIT.GZ, TCX and GPX files from devices and services including Garmin, Wahoo, COROS, Suunto, Hammerhead and OneLapFit. Strava is one optional connection among these sources.
Disconnect a platform
You can disconnect Strava from Settings. This removes data obtained through its API while retaining activities you supplied directly.
Delete your account
Account deletion is available under Account. It removes the profile, activities, plans, coach relationships and any remaining temporary files.
